Age: 18 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Adults aged 18 years or older.
• Diagnosis of upper eyelid dermatochalasis.
• Scheduled to undergo bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty.
• Ability to provide written informed consent.

You may not qualify if…

• Previous eyelid surgery.
• History of eyelid trauma.
• Blepharochalasis syndrome.
• Congenital eyelid anomalies.
• Coagulation disorders.
• Concurrent ptosis requiring surgical correction.
• Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent or comply with study follow-up.
