- Onset within 48 hours
- Glasgow coma scale (GCS) ≥ 8
- Out of window or contraindicated for thrombolytics
- Not arrested before

- Age below 18 years
- Cerebral haemorrhage
- Dural sinus thrombosis
- Glasgow coma scale (GCS) < 8
- Patients received thrombolytic
- Post arrest
