Age: 18 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Age above 18 years.
• Clinically suspected optic neuritis.
• Evidence of multiple sclerosis or other demyelinating diseases.

You may not qualify if…

• Traumatic optic neuritis.
• Systemic diseases affecting the optic nerve.
• Contraindications to MRI.
