You may qualify if…

• Age > 18 years
• Diagnosis of pneumonia
• Admission inpatient to Methodist Richardson Medical Center
• Treatment with vancomycin empirically

You may not qualify if…

• Age ≤ 18 years
• Patients with other confirmed gram positive infections
