Who can join
Age: 20 and older, up to 40. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.
You may qualify if…
- patient age range from 20 -40 from both sexes.
- Unilateral chronic lumbosacral radiculopathy confirmed by neurosurgeon for more than 3 months.
- Unilateral paracentral or lateral intervertebral disc herniation confirmed by MRI .
- one of the following:
- H- reflex amplitude side to side difference 67% in absence of latency difference.
- H- reflex amplitude side to side difference smaller than 50% in presence of latency difference.
- c - Side to side H- reflex latency difference more than 1 msec. d- Prolonged H-reflex latency more than 30 msec.

- Hypertension
- Diabetes.
- Lumbar canal stenosis
- Pervious surgeries
- Scoliosis
- Kyphosis
- Spinal fracture
- Bilateral symptoms.
