Age: 18 and older, up to 80. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Patients who underwent radical surgery for colon cancer at Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2024 and regularly completed colonoscopy follow-up after surgery were selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria:
• Diagnosed with colon cancer through histopathological examination ; Undergoing radical R0 resection ； Complete Colonoscopy follow-up after surgery less than 12 months.

You may not qualify if…

• With adenomatous polyposis , Lynch syndrome and Peutz-Jeghers syndrome； Combined inflammatory bowel disease; Polyp were present before surgery and have not been completely removed； With distant metastasis or local recurrence； Clinical data is missing and can not be analyzed.
