- • CsA therapy indicated alone or in combination for GVHD prophylaxis.
- Aged 2-65 years.
- Clinically stable after first HSCT.

- • Inaccurate sampling or dose administration times.
- Patients with missing key covariates.
- Patients lacking sufficient pharmacokinetic or TDM data
