Age: any. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

You may qualify if…

• patients scheduled for primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty
• patient with hip joint pathology indicated for THA ( osteoarthritis )
• ability to provide informed consent
• availability for pre and post- operative radiographic follow-up

You may not qualify if…

• refusal to participate or withdraw consent
• incomplete radiographic data or loss to follow up
• previous surgery on the ipsilateral hip or knee
• patients with neuromuscular disorders affecting alignment
