- Pathologically confirmed stage II or III gastric cancer
- Underwent curative surgical resection
- Received 5-FU-based adjuvant chemotherapy
- Availability of tumor tissue samples for analysis

- History of other malignancies
- Inadequate or poor-quality tissue samples (e.g., contamination)
