• Patients age> 18 years old.
• patients schedule for rhinoplasty surgery

You may not qualify if…

• Pervious nasal trauma that affect anatomical land mark
• pervious nasal surgery (rhinoplasty or others)
• patients with psychological disorders.
• patients with any coagulopathy disorders
