Childhood overweight have emerged as major global health concerns and are linked to lower pulmonary functions and reaction time levels among school-aged children. Although exercise, particularly multicomponent training, effectively improves pulmonary functions, maintaining exercise adherence in children with overweight remains a significant challenge.
