Age: 30 and older, up to 50. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

• Subjects with asthma diagnosis grade according to FEV 60%-80%

You may not qualify if…

• Pregnancy
• Previous breathing exercise training
• Severe comorbidity
• Patients with short life expectancy
• subjects with Severe physical impairments
• Subjects with Mental disease
