Age: 18 and older, up to 60. Sex: female. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Women who will be admitted to undergo elective hysterectomy
• ,-ASA grade I or II,
• Body mass index (BMI) of <35 kg/m2

You may not qualify if…

• hemoglobin concentration of ≤7 gm%,
• the presence of neuromuscular disorders
• uncontrolled medical diseases
• autoimmune diseases, maintenance on immunosuppressant therapy for any indication
• refusal to sign the written consent
