Age: 18 and older, up to 60. Sex: female. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.
You may qualify if…
- Women who will be admitted to undergo elective hysterectomy
- ,-ASA grade I or II,
- Body mass index (BMI) of <35 kg/m2
You may not qualify if…
- hemoglobin concentration of ≤7 gm%,
- the presence of neuromuscular disorders
- uncontrolled medical diseases
- autoimmune diseases, maintenance on immunosuppressant therapy for any indication
- refusal to sign the written consent
