- Black/African American, Asian/Asian American, White or Hispanic adults of any gender 21 years of age or older. Race/ethnicity will be self-reported
- Have been diagnosed any cancer type
You may not qualify if…
- Participants (patients) will be excluded if they:
- Are unable to give informed consent
- Are unable to speak English or Spanish
