Bacterial identification by Gram stain, culture and biochemical rections * analysisThe resistance pattern of the isolates will be detected by disc diffusion method. * phenotypic detection of carbapenemases. • Detection of carbapenem resistance genes (KPC, VIM, IMP, OXA-48, NDM) by conventional PCR.
