- Age 18-70
- treatment failure (pharmacotherapy) due to uterine prolapse or urine incontinence
You may not qualify if…
- prolonged thromboprophylaxis
- planned surgery other than due to urine incontinence/uterine prolapse
- acquired or congenital thrombophilia
