Age: 18 and older, up to 65. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

• Patients with known neurologic and psychiatric illness.
• Uncontrolled diabetic patients.
• Patients on long term steroid therapy.
• Allergy to any of the drugs used in the study.
• Pregnancy and lactation.
• Hypo or hyperthyroidism.
