Age: 40 and older, up to 50. Sex: male. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

- moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea
- erectile dysfunction (mild and moderate)
- metabolic syndrome men

- cardiac patients
- psychiatric men
- autoimmune diseased men
- renal diseased men
