Age: 18 and older, up to 60. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Age range (18-60 years)
• Patients with unilateral or bilateral horizontal atrophy in maxilla with minimum 1 quadrant.
• No intervention done previously on the donor and host sides.
• No sex predilection

You may not qualify if…

• Syndromic patients.
• bone metabolism \& systemic diseases.
