• Age 19 years or older
• Gestational age 37 weeks or above
• Elective surgey

You may not qualify if…

• Emergency surgery
• Any sign of onset of labor
• Difficulty with communication
• Contraindications of spinal anesthesia
• Pre-eclampsia
