• Start of a systemic anti-cancer therapy
• Informed consent

You may not qualify if…

• • Pre-existing diarrhoea
• Antibiotic therapy -4 to -1 week before inclusion
• Probiotic treatment -4 to -1 week before inclusion
• Inability to give informed consent
