• Ability and willingness to complete questionnaires and assessments

You may not qualify if…

• Any conditions causing inability to complete assessments (education, cognitive ability, mental status, medical status)
• Known Pregnancy
• Elevated Suicidality
• Enrollment in a conflicting perioperative trial
