Age: 18 and older, up to 85. Sex: female. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• women with biopsy proven lichen sclerosus and significant symptoms based on Skindex-29 scores >21

You may not qualify if…

• prior vaginal mesh or pelvic radiation
• active genital infection
• Current or past gynecologic malignancy
