- Patients undergoing cardiac surgery via median sternotomy
You may not qualify if…
- Emergency cases.
- Patients with hearing impairment.
- Patients with dementia or other mental status changes.
- Patients who are clinically unstable postoperatively.
- Patients who develop postoperative complications.
- Patients who are non-English speaking.
