Age: 18 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

• Adult subjects 18 years and older,
• Confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis
• Acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (SpO2/FiO2 or PaO2/FiO2 <300)
• Ordered self-prone positioning per medical team

You may not qualify if…

• Pregnant
• Palliative care
