• ≥18，Advanced Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Confirmed by Histopathology
• Potentially Resectable NSCLC
• Treatment Plan is Crizotinb or Standard Chemotherapy

You may not qualify if…

• Patients with contraindication of chemotherapy
• Pregnant or breast feeding women
