Age: 18 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Male or female adults ≥ 18 years of age.
• Was receiving first or second biologic therapy
• Has not had a follow up with treating physician in ≥ 9 months

You may not qualify if…

• Actively receiving biologic therapy
• Was not receiving first or second biologic therapy
