• Angle-closure glaucoma
• Angle-closure glaucoma suspect

You may not qualify if…

• Monocular status
• Previous intraocular surgery
• Visual acuity worse than 20/40
• Prior episode of acute angle-closure glaucoma
• Pregnancy
