Age: 18 and older, up to 99. Sex: female. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

You may qualify if…

• need for in office diagnostic flexible cystoscopy

You may not qualify if…

• urethral stricture
• simultaneous scheduling or performed additional procedure
• current urinary tract infection
• hypersensitivity to local anesthetic of amide type
