Age: 18 and older, up to 64. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

- Physician diagnosed CRS with surgical requirement for treatment
You may not qualify if…
- Subjects with physician-diagnosed:
- cystic fibrosis,
- vasculitis,
- any type of nasal tumor
- receiving ongoing immunosuppressant therapy
