- Metastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer
- Willingness to undergo tumor biopsy
- Patients must have received at least 1 prior chemotherapy regimen for metastatic disease
You may not qualify if…
- Previous treatment with mTOR inhibitor
- Untreated brain metastases
