- at least 36 weeks gestational age
- diagnosed with a Complex Congenital Heart Defect
- have at least one English-speaking adult family member
You may not qualify if…
- presence of co-existing, non-cardiac congenital anomalies
- ongoing post-operative cardiac pacing
