• Diagnosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
• Signed initial informed consent
• Participant agrees to genetic counseling

You may not qualify if…

• Prospective participant unable to sign informed consent based on referring physician recommendation.
• Patient has neuroendocrine pancreatic tumor
