Age: 21 and older, up to 50. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.
You may qualify if…
- BMI >18-<25 kg/m2 or BMI>29.9 kg/m2.
- 21 to 50 years of age
You may not qualify if…
- Previous malabsorptive or restrictive gastrointestinal surgery
- Smoking
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Diabetes
- Taking medication that might affect taste perception
