Age: 21 and older, up to 50. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

You may qualify if…

• BMI >18-<25 kg/m2 or BMI>29.9 kg/m2.
• 21 to 50 years of age

You may not qualify if…

• Previous malabsorptive or restrictive gastrointestinal surgery
• Smoking
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Diabetes
• Taking medication that might affect taste perception
