Age: 45 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Elective outpatient procedures performed for diagnostic purposes:
• screening colonoscopy
• surveillance colonoscopy

You may not qualify if…

• Colonoscopy for diagnosis/therapy of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage or for planned therapeutic intervention
• Colonoscopy performed on hospital inpatients
