• ED patient with acute migraine or probable migraine
• Fail first line therapy with metoclopramide

You may not qualify if…

• Can't obtain consent
• Concern for secondary headache
• Skull defect
• Propensity for bleeding
• Overlying infection
• Pregnancy
• Allergy, intolerance study medication
