- Subjects on SRT using Cerdelga ( must fulfil the pharmacogenomics criteria for Cerdelga)

- Unconfirmed diagnosis of Gaucher disease
- Subject or guardian unable to provide consent
- Any chronic immunosuppressive state or therapy
