Age: 2 and older, up to 5. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

• Nyvad criteria 3
• Active carious lesion

You may not qualify if…

• Allergy to silver
• Stomatitis or oral ulcerative condition
• Weight less than 15 kg
