Who can join
Age: 35 and older, up to 55. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.
You may qualify if…
- age between 35-55 years,
- BMI between 30-35 kg/meters squared,
- total sleep time between 6.5-8 hours
You may not qualify if…
- work requiring changing schedule,
- use of sleep aids or sleep medication
