• Ostomy patients who:
• Have healthy peristomal skin
• Are within 12 weeks post op

You may not qualify if…

• Ostomy patients who:
• Have a fistula, wound, lesion or suspected infection in the peristomal area
• Are in-patient in healthcare facility
