Age: 1 and older, up to 18. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

- acute burn injury
- consented within 10 days of injury
- feeding tube present-
You may not qualify if…
- GI disorder prior to burn
- milk allergy or insensitivity
- non-burned
