Age: 50 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.
You may qualify if…
- Mild to Moderate Knee Osteoarthritis
You may not qualify if…
- BMI <20 kg/m2 and ≥45 kg/m2
- Knee varus malalignment
- Participation in formal strength training for more than 30 min/week in the past 6 months.
