- Healthy male and female subjects with insulin resistance
- Subjects with controlled hypertension and hyperlipidemia
You may not qualify if…
- Smokers
- History of drug or alcohol use
- Autonomic dysfunction
- Significant illness or cardiovascular disease
- Immunodeficiency disease
- Other protocol-defined inclusion/exclusion criteria may apply
