Age: 18 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Any patient implanted with a CryoVein saphenous vein allograft for CABG during 2008 - 2010 time frame.
• Patients > 18 years of age at implant.

You may not qualify if…

• Patients < 18 years of age.
