- Subject has medical indication for Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
- Subject has altered gastric anatomy
- Subject must be able to give informed consent.

- Any contraindication for Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with overtube
- The subject is unable to give informed consent
