Age: 55 and older, up to 85. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• Probable Alzheimer's disease
• Mini Mental State Examination score 18-26 inclusive
• Aged 55-85

You may not qualify if…

• Dementia other than Alzheimer's disease
• Clinically significant cardiovascular disease in the past 6 months prior to screening
• Creatinine clearance <30 mL/min
