- diagnosis of infectious keratitis
You may not qualify if…
- corneal ulcer that has perforated
- corneal ulcer that has produced a descemetocele
- women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- patients who are immunocompromised or unwilling or unable to comply with a medication regimen
