• Osteoarthritis of the hip or knee according to Kellgren-Lawrence x-ray grade of 2

You may not qualify if…

• pregnancy or intent to become pregnant
• BMI greater than 39
• other severe pain, significant cardiac, neurological or psychiatric disease
