• Clinically Documented History of HIT/HITTS
• Suspicion of HIT/HITTS

You may not qualify if…

• Bleeding Diathesis
• Ischemic Stroke
• Chronic Thrombocytopenia
• Hematologic Malignancy
• Contraindication to bivalirudin
• Pregnant or nursing mothers
