Age: 8 and older, up to 18. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: accepted.

- appropriate Tanner Stage
- No evidence of disease or disability
You may not qualify if…
- no use of antiinflammatory medications, alcohol, illegal drugs or bronchodilators
- elite children participating in extensive exercise or dance programs
- pregnant
